| 1. Vocational Evaluation/Assessment--Through a series of work samples and tests, Consumer's strenghts and interest are assessed. Provides a comprehensive evaluation of consumer's potential and setting of realistic vocational goal.
2. Work Adjustment Training--Consumers learn basic work skills necessary for maintaining successful employment in the competitive job market.
3. Job Coaching--Job coach provides one-to-one attention to get client started in employmnet. Goal is for consumers to function independently.
4. Job Development-This program assists the individual in attaining community employment based on skills and interest.
5. Work Services--Consumers work in a sheltered environment at their own pace. Each program is individualized with the goal to place consumers in competitive jobs.
6. Retail Sales Outlets--Goodwill operates retail stores in Lima (Eastside, 2314 Harding Road, 8AM to 9PM; Kenton (920 E. Columbus Street, 8AM to 9PM), St Mary's(212 E. Spring Street, 8AM to 9PM) and Van Wert (1220 S. Shannon Street, 9AM to 7PM). All stores are open Monday-Sunday.
7. Donation Center - 987 N. Cable Rd. Hours of operation: 10AM - 7PM.
8. Good Rides-Transportation services to and from work for persons who have barriers to tranportation.
