1. Vocational Rehabilitation: May include diagnosis, evaluation, counseling, physical restoration, training, tools and other equipment and placement services. 2. Rehabilitation Teaching: Services to teach visually impaired individuals to complete homemaking duties or daily personal activities through the Toledo BSVI office at 1-800-589-5811. 3. Business Enterprises: Establishes and supervises small businesses operated by the blind. 4. Vocational Development Specialist: A habilitation and vocational rehabilitation resource regarding visual impairments for children, students, families, school professionals and other agency staff and employers.

Education: 1. Speakers are available for churches, schools, or organizations on the life issues. 2. Audiovisual material and brochures. 3. Referral to agencies for assistance with problem pregnancies.

ROBIN ROGERS DAY SERVICE- The Arc of Allen County 419-225-6285
1. Hot lunch and a snack in the morning and afternoon are provided. 2. Activities are formulated to the individual's emotional, physical, and educational needs both on a one-on-one basis and group level. 3. Supervised interaction between the children is encouraged to promote appropriate socialization skills. 4. Day care is provided before, after and during school closings for working parents. 5. A summer day care program is available for pre-school and school age children offering educational and therapeutic programs and activities. 6. Day care offers a multi-disciplinary team approach to dually enrolled children by meeting with Headstart, Marimor School, Children's Developmental Center, etc. and the child's parents to develop and maintain an informed therapeutic behavior/habilitation plan.
