1. Conducts annual United Way fund raising campaign 2. Allocates and distributes funds raised per board approved action. 3. Promotes efficiency in all United Way agencies. 4. Promotes cooperation among partner agencies and all other health and human service agencies. 5. Conducts Needs Assessment and other community studies. 6. Performs evaluations of partner agencies. 7. Publishes the update of the Lima/Allen Community Services Directory every two years. 8. Links people in need with appropriate services.
