1. Diagnositc Services: provides comprehensive medical assessment to rule out or verify a suspected medically handicapping condition and to prepare a plan of treatment for any identified problems. 2. Treatment Services: provides definitive medical/surgical treatment for an eligible medically handicapping condition based on recognized Standards of Care. 3. Service Coordination Services: assists families to identify and obtain needed services for the Treatment Program. 4. Public Health Nursing Services
